At Go Vita, we aim for your satisfaction and adhere to Australian Consumer Law. If you receive damaged or defective goods, we offer a refund or exchange if you contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase (e.g., online invoice/order confirmation).
Please note:
- Refunds or exchanges are not available for items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
