How do I track my order?Updated a year ago

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. A second email with your tracking number will follow so you can monitor your shipment. If you haven't received the tracking email within 5 days, please contact us at customersupport@govita.com.au with your order details, and we'll check the status for you.

Note: Tracking information might take 2-3 days to become active in our system. If updates aren't immediate, please be patient and check back later.
